MGC Ladies end a very successful season in 3rd place

A jubilant Ladies Pennant Team with their caddies and supporters at Sorrento after their 4th win of the season!

A fantastic season has come to an end with a very good 3rd place finish on the Division 1 ladder with 4 wins and 2 losses.

They narrowly missed out on a finals place by a just game and a half but this did not dampen the ladies spirits as they celebrated back at the Club with their caddies and supporters following their last game of the season.  They went down 5-2 to ladder toppers, Sorrento.

This season has been great and the ladies will build on it next year as we have a really strong group of girls.

Our ladies have played so well this season and should be very proud of their performances

GOLF CART STORAGE SHED – Debentures available

Dear Member

The commencement of the building of the new Cart Shed is imminent with trees having been removed in preparation.  The plan is to extend the existing Pro Shop to create space for approximately 30 carts which will be a mix of Members and Club owned carts.

The Club has already received a significant portion of the estimated project cost through Members purchasing Debentures which was greatly appreciated.

The Debentures are still available to purchase for $5,000 each and will be repaid to members over a period of time along with a small interest component.

Members who have contributed to the project by purchasing Debentures will be guaranteed a spot in the new Cart Shed.  It is not a requirement for Debenture holders to store a cart in the shed and Members can simply purchase Debentures to assist the Club with the funding.

The Club is very keen to fully fund the project solely from the sale of the Debentures so if any members are interested in contributing towards the Golf Cart Storage Shed project please contact me for more information.
